A grade D or better in English, and a minimum of grade C in Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry; OR grade D or better in English and a minimum of grade C in Mathematics and garde BB or better in Double Award Sciences; OR grade D or better in English and grade C or better in Mathematics, Biology and Physic-chem.

HEALTH EDUCATION
|
A grade C or better in English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry; OR grade C or better in English, Mathematics and Double Science Award Mature Entry Scheme: Applicants upgrading from Health Assistants to Higher Diploma in Environmental Health shall be required to have obtained at least one of the following:-
Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or its equivalent. Certificate in Environmental or Public Health with at least 5 years working experience. Applicants who perform at a minimum of 60% pass in the aptitute test will be admitted to the third semester. |
MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY
|
A grade D or better in English, and a minimum of grade C in Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry; OR grade D or better in English and a minimum of grade C in Mathematics and garde BB or better in Double Award Sciences.

DENTAL THERAPY
|
A grade D or better in English, and a minimum of grade C in Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry; OR grade D or better in English and a minimum of grade C in Mathematics and garde CC or better in Double Award Sciences; OR grade D or better in English and a grade C or better in Mathematics, biology and Physics-chem.

PHARMACY TECHNOLOGY

A grade D or better in English, and a minimum of grade C in Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry; OR grade D or better in English and a minimum of grade C in Mathematics and garde BB or better in Double Award Sciences in addition to English and Mathematics required above.

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Diploma in General Nursing (G.N) with a minimum of two years service as a General Nurse practitioner. Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Advance Diploma in Midwifery Council of Botswana. In possession of a Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or its equivalent. Qualifying candidates have to sit and pass an entry examination.

MIDWIFERY
|
A minimum of two years of clinical practice. Must be registered with the Nursing and Advance Diploma in Midwifery Council of Botswana (NMCB) and in possession of Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or its equivalent, with a minimum of Grade D in English Language, a minimum of grade C in Mathematics, Biology and Physics/Chemistry, Science Double Award, Combined Science and additional Combined Science or any combination. The candidate must be successful in the selection interview. The passmark for the interviw shall be 50%.

NURSE ANAESTHESIA
|
Diploma in General Nursing (G.N) with a minimum of two years service as a General Nurse practitioner. Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Advance Diploma in Midwifery Council of Botswana. In possession of a Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or its equivalent. Qualifying candidates have to sit and pass an entry examination.

COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING
|
Diploma in General Nursing (G.N) with a minimum of two years of lelevant clinical practice. Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Advance Diploma in Midwifery Council of Botswana. The candidate must be in possession of a Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or its equivalent with passes in English, Mathematics, Biology and Physics/Chemistry.

OPTHALMIC NURSING
|
Diploma in General Nursing (G.N) with a minimum of two years of lelevant clinical practice. Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Advance Diploma in Midwifery Council of Botswana. The candidate must be in possession of a Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or its equivalent with passes in English, Mathematics, Biology and Physics/Chemistry.

PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH NURSING
|
Diploma in General Nursing (G.N) with a minimum of two years of lelevant clinical practice. Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Advance Diploma in Midwifery Council of Botswana. Must be in possession of a Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or its equivalent with a minimum of grade D in English Language and minimum of grade C in Mathematics, Biology and Physics/Chemistry, Science Double Award, Combined Science, and Additional Combined Science or any other Science combination. Must be registered with Nursing and Advance Diploma in Midwifery Council of Botswana (NMCB)> Satisfactory performance in the slection interview shall be required for asmission.
