Mechanical Engineering entails the application of science to design, manufacture and maintain mechanical equipment and processes. The under graduate course focuses on the establishment of a broad knowledge on engineering and includes subjects like dynamics of structures, heat transfer, engines, thermodynamics and the design of mechanical structures. The outputs of mechanical and aeronautical engineers include products and services that add value to the economy of the country.
