Have you received your new smart access card yet?
Over 37 000 cards have been issued to staff, students and contractors since 20 April . In order to provide a convenient service mobile stations will be visiting each campus as follows during normal UP office hours:
Sports Campus: 1 to 2 June / Indoor Sport Centre
Onderstepoort Campus: 6 to 9 June / Lesedi Complex, Student Centre
Prinshof Campus: 14 to 29 June / HW Snyman North building, room 4-24
The issuing process takes on average 5 minutes per card. Please bring along your current access card, or ID-document, or driver’s license for verification purposes.
The service is also currently operating at the Hatfield Campus, Student Service Centre and the shop located next to the Haloa coffee shop under the Engineering bridge.
