BACHELOR OF ADMINISTRATION
(BAdmin) The Bachelor of Administration degree is only offered at the Westville campus. It is a three-year full-time qualification, which brings together the disciplines of Public Administration, Human Resources and Business Management. This inter-disciplinary approach of the programme promotes the study of governance at all levels through carefully designed modules of the relevant disciplines. Many BAdmin graduates work in the public sector, while others take up positions in the media and nongovernmental organizations.

B Admin ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

National Senior Certificate (NSC) Degree with English and Life Orientation level 4 and Maths level 3 or Matric Exemption with Maths ‘E’ HG/‘D’ SG. Minimum 28 NSC/30 Matric Exemption points.

The College of Law and Management Studies  is one of the four Colleges that form the University of KwaZulu-Natal. In turn, it consists of four Schools: the Graduate School of Business and Leadership; the School of Accounting, Economics & Finance; the School of Law; and the School of Management, Information Technology & Governance.
The College consists of about 311 dedicated academic and supportive administrative staff and approximately 10750 committed students.
Due to the nature of its programmes and disciplines the College produces students who join highly specialized professions such as legal practice, accountancy, marketing, financial management, human resources and public administration. As a result, the College has influential alumni and strong professional links.
