Academic Programmes

Undergraduate

We offer the following sought-after degrees:
Three undergraduate degree programmes in Commerce

  • A three-year Bachelor of Accounting Science (BAccSc)
  • A three-year Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • A three-year Bachelor of Economic Science (BEconSc)

Two Undergraduate Programmes in Law:

  • A three-year graduate LLB programme for students who hold BA or BCom degrees but who have not completed any law subjects
  • A two-year graduate LLB programme for students who hold BA or BCom degrees who have taken law as a major subject

Selected BCom degrees are offered on a part-time basis through Wits Plus (Centre for Part-Time Studies)

Postgraduate

In addition to the undergraduate degrees, we offer a wide range of postgraduate degrees and diplomas that ensure our graduates are properly positioned in the top echelons on the African continent and beyond. These postgraduate programmes are offered full-time or part-time depending on the particular degree and by coursework or through research based programmes. These include:
